To achieve these goals, the DICT has subscribed to a cloud-based asynchronous Learning Management System (LMS) with an e-learning content creation service.

The DICT’s LMS Project is designed to revolutionize the delivery of literacy, learning, and competency development courses to its employees and external clientele, including National Government Agencies, Local Government Units, and State/Local Universities and Colleges. The project offers scalability of course delivery, progress monitoring tools, engaging asynchronous/blended ICT courses, a curated content library, and seamless content sharing between participating institutions.
