The Iskolar ng LANDBANK Program is a scholarship initiative by the Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) that aims to provide educational opportunities to deserving students from the Bank’s mandated sectors. This program, set to be implemented starting in 2023, specifically targets the children or grandchildren of agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs), as well as small farmers and fishers.
Objective
The primary objective of the Iskolar ng LANDBANK Program is to nurture and develop the youth from the sixty poorest provinces in the country. Through this program, students will have the opportunity to pursue supported courses offered in identified State Universities and Colleges (SUCs).
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Iskolar ng LANDBANK Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a child or grandchild of an agrarian reform beneficiary, or a small farmer/fisher
- Recommended by a LANDBANK agriculture-based client cooperative, association, or organization in the identified provinces
- Be a graduating high school student with a minimum average grade of 90% or belonging to the top 10% of their class
- Endorsed by the high school principal
- Not currently receiving any other financial assistance, grant, or scholarship from external sources
- Must pass the admission requirements of partner-SUCs
- Total annual family income must not exceed P300,000.00, with exemptions on a case-to-case basis

Application Process
The application process for the Iskolar ng LANDBANK Program involves several steps:
- Interested students should inquire and obtain the application form from their high school guidance office or the LANDBANK branch nearest to their residence.
- Complete the application form and submit it, along with the required documents, to the LANDBANK branch where the student’s parent or guardian maintains an account.
- The LANDBANK branch will review the application and ensure that all requirements are met.
- Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and further assessment.
- Successful applicants will receive a scholarship offer, and the LANDBANK branch will assist in the enrollment process.
